Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
- Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning to the skillet; stir for 1 minute.
- Mix in sour cream, condensed soup, drained corn, and half of the cheddar; heat through.
- Transfer beef mixture to a casserole dish; spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and layer tater tots on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with scallions.
