  • 24 oz potato gnocchi
  • Optional: fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and brown the ground beef, draining excess grease.
  • Add olive oil, onion, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper; sauté until onions are translucent.
  • Pour in marinara sauce and chicken broth, mixing well.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in potato gnocchi, cover, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and mix until melted.
  • Top with grated Parmigiano Reggiano before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve hot.
