- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together canola oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased half sheet pan and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Melt salted butter in a saucepan until browned and nutty, then whisk in milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour warm icing over baked bars and spread evenly.
- Cool before cutting into squares.
