Instructions

  • Whisk together canola oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  • Pour batter into a greased half sheet pan and smooth the top.
