Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Separate and flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly.
- Place shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni in the center of each dough round.
- Seal the edges and shape into round bombs.
- Place seams down on the baking sheet, brush with seasoned butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with marinara or ranch dip.
