- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)
- 2 cups frozen mini beef meatballs
- 5–6 cups beef broth or water
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 16 ounces dried Annelini pasta
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, add tomato paste, seasoning, salt, and spices, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Add frozen meatballs and 5 cups of broth, bring to a boil.
- Add Annelini pasta, stirring frequently, cook until al dente, and adjust broth as needed.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese if using, mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot.
Notes
Stir pasta frequently to avoid clumping.
Reduce broth for a thicker sauce.
Using homemade broth enhances flavor.
