Instructions
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk warm milk, warm water, and egg in a separate bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl, covered, for about an hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Shape the dough into buns and let them rise again for 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and brush the buns with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
