  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting.
  • Combine grapes, sugar, and lemon juice in a large preserving pan.
  • Dissolve sugar over low heat while stirring frequently.
  • Break grapes to release juices using a wooden spoon or potato masher.
  • Blend the mixture to a juice-like consistency.
  • Boil the mixture for about 25 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • Test for set by dropping a spoonful on a chilled saucer.
  • Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
