- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp honey (optional, or any liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or agave)
- 6.4 oz mango (1 cup, chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the chosen fruit into a smooth puree.
- Add lemon juice and optional sweetener to taste.
- Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a Silpat or parchment-lined tray.
- Dehydrate in the oven or a dehydrator until dry yet pliable.
- Once cooled, cut or roll into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use ripe fruit for the best flavor.
Adjust sweetness based on the fruit’s natural sweetness.
Prevent over-drying for a chewy texture.
