Instructions
- Slice and pit the dates, then place them on a lined baking pan.
- Fill each date with creamy peanut butter.
- Top the filled dates with chopped peanuts and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.
- Dip each date in melted chocolate and place back on the lined pan.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until chocolate sets.
