- 2 large chicken breasts

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh chopped parsley (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Microwave cream cheese until soft.
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season.
- In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil, then cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Sauté onions in the same skillet, then add garlic and chicken broth.
- Stir in cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and warm through.
- Taste and season if necessary, then garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is very soft for easy mixing.
Adjust crushed red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
Use a meat thermometer to check chicken’s doneness.
