- 2 pounds bone-in pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Optional: freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brush pork chops with olive oil.
- Mix spices in a bowl and season both sides of the pork chops.
- Place seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip chops, then bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes until cooked to 145 degrees F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
