Instructions
- Chill your martini glass in the freezer.
- Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker to release oils.
- Add ice, lemon juice, dragon fruit syrup, and Pink Love Gin to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Rim the glass with lemon rind and dip in pink sanding sugar.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with fresh mint.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of dragon fruit syrup.
For a stronger mint flavor, add more mint leaves while muddling.
