Instructions

- Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and celery; cook until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook briefly.
- Mix in rice, beef broth, and thyme; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve, garnished with green onion if desired.
