- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut into strips.
- Toss potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over fries and return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
- Top fries with red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, jalapeño, chili flakes, and oregano.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl for the sauce.
- Drizzle sauce over loaded fries and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
Notes
Ensure fries are evenly spread out on the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
Adjust jalapeño and chili flakes for desired spice level.
