  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut into strips.
  • Toss potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over fries and return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
  • Top fries with red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, jalapeño, chili flakes, and oregano.
  • Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl for the sauce.
  • Drizzle sauce over loaded fries and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
