Instructions
- Whisk together flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs in another bowl, then mix in milk and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, folding in diced peaches.
- Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) in a deep fryer or skillet.
- Drop batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and coat while warm with sugar or glaze.
