Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
