  • ⅓ cup hazelnuts, chopped and toasted (reserve some for garnish)
  • Optional: Extra Nutella and Ferrero Rocher candies for serving

Instructions

  • Whisk together cold heavy cream and whole milk in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add cocoa powder and whisk until dissolved.
  • Stir in granulated sugar and vanilla extract until dissolved.
  • Incorporate Nutella and whisk until fully combined.
  • Fold in toasted hazelnuts, keeping some aside for garnish.
  • Pour mixture into Cuisinart ice cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2-4 hours.
