Instructions
- Blend cucumber, ginger, mint, and cayenne (if using) with ice water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine-mesh sieve.
- Add lemon juice to the strained liquid.
- Sweeten with a sugar substitute if desired and stir well.
- Serve chilled over ice.
