Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 long English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 loaf sliced bread, crusts removed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.
  • Add dill, green onions, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread.
  • Layer sliced cucumbers over the cream cheese.
  • Top with another slice of bread and press gently.
  • Trim the crusts and cut each sandwich into three portions.

Notes
