- 2–3 teaspoons Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, and honey for the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced mini sweet bell peppers and Persian cucumbers.
- Pour the dressing over vegetables and toss gently until well coated.
- Adjust chili oil and seasoning based on taste preference.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
