  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips, drained
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 11/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected.
  • Mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter in a bowl.
  • Spread half of the sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer half of the Swiss cheese, then add ham, pulled pork, pickles, and the remaining Swiss cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes without the top rolls.
  • Prepare a butter mixture with remaining ingredients and brush over the top rolls.
  • Place the top rolls on, cover loosely with foil, and bake again for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
