- 12 count Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
- 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
- 2–1/2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 30 dill pickle chips, drained
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1–1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1–1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1–1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter in a bowl.
- Spread half of the sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer half of the Swiss cheese, then add ham, pulled pork, pickles, and the remaining Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes without the top rolls.
- Prepare a butter mixture with remaining ingredients and brush over the top rolls.
- Place the top rolls on, cover loosely with foil, and bake again for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, season your pulled pork well.
Allow the sliders to rest before serving to ensure a melty experience.
Consider using turkey or jalapeños for a different flavor twist.
