  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet.
  • Divide the dough into 12 portions, roll into balls, and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  • Combine peanut butter, sifted powdered sugar, and room temperature butter until smooth.
