  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl until blended.
  • Place chicken and minced onion in crockpot. Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Cook on high for 1.5 to 2 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Check for doneness and remove chicken from the crockpot.
  • Shred chicken using two forks.
