- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 15 graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 2 (15 oz) cans pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
- 1 ½ tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 10 graham crackers, lightly crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Pour melted butter in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Line the bottom with 15 broken graham crackers.
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, caramel syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Pour pumpkin mixture into the crockpot and smooth the top.
- Place a paper towel under the lid of the crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Stir mixture, cover, and cook for another 30 minutes until thick.
- Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet, add crushed graham crackers and pumpkin pie spice, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle graham cracker topping over the pumpkin mixture.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For best flavor, use real pumpkin puree.
Adjust spices to your personal taste.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
