Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 6-8 lb bone-in ham
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- ½ cup reserved ham juices
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar and mustard until well combined.
- Unwrap the ham and place it in a 6-quart slow cooker, trimming if necessary. Coat the ham with the brown sugar mixture evenly.
- Pour pineapple juice over the ham in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140℉.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding cloves or other spices to the glaze.
Leftover ham can be used in sandwiches or added to soups for a tasty meal.
Ensure the ham fits well in the slow cooker to cook evenly.
