- 2 pounds Pre-Cut Beef Stir Fry Meat
- 10 – 12 ounces Bottled Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Yellow Onion (shredded and squeezed dry in a paper towel)
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
- 16 ounces Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
Instructions
- Place pre-cut beef stir fry meat in a slow cooker.
- Add shredded carrots, onion, and sweet and sour sauce. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Prepare rice and stir fry vegetables 30 minutes before cooking time ends.
- Serve the beef and sauce over rice, topped with stir fry vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight in the sweet and sour sauce.
Fresh vegetables can be used instead of frozen, cut uniformly for even cooking.
