  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 16 ounces Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables

Instructions

  • Place pre-cut beef stir fry meat in a slow cooker.
  • Add shredded carrots, onion, and sweet and sour sauce. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Prepare rice and stir fry vegetables 30 minutes before cooking time ends.
  • Serve the beef and sauce over rice, topped with stir fry vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight in the sweet and sour sauce.
