Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse and dry the chickpeas thoroughly.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Spread chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Mix all spices in a bowl for seasoning.
- Toss roasted chickpeas with olive oil and spices.
- For sweet flavor, combine maple syrup and cinnamon, then re-roast.
