- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Roll out pizza dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into 6 rectangles.
- Spoon filling onto one half of each rectangle and fold over, sealing edges.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray basket with cooking spray.
- Cook calzones in batches for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Ensure filling is not too wet to avoid soggy dough.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
