  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • Spray oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the milk mixture and let it thicken.
  • Slice the okra in half lengthwise.
  • Mix cornmeal, flour, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Coat the okra in the milk mixture, then toss in the dry mixture.
  • Freeze the breaded okra for about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400° F.
  • Lightly spray okra and air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes.
  • Keep warm in the oven if cooking in batches.
