- 1 pound breakfast sausage

- 1–½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and seasoning blend (if using), cooking until browned and crumbled. Set aside.
- Unwrap the crescent roll dough (without separating) and place it in the prepared casserole dish, pinching the seams to form one cohesive sheet.
- Spread the sausage mixture over the crescent roll dough and evenly sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and seasoning to taste, then pour over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and puffy, ensuring the eggs are fully cooked. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding diced vegetables to the sausage while cooking.
Ensure the crescent roll dough is not separated to create a cohesive crust.
