Instructions
- Blend the sliced strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, then mix in the chia seeds thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup, let stand for 15 minutes to thicken.
- Refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled, adding optional toppings if desired.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
Any sweetener can replace maple syrup if preferred.
