Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Water

Instructions

  • Add drained spinach and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Unroll puff pastry and brush with egg mixture.
  • Spread spinach mixture on puff pastry, covering edges.
  • Roll pastry tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Bake on a parchment-lined sheet at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden.
