- 1 Box of Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Water
Instructions
- Combine egg and water in a bowl. Beat and set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, and onion until smooth.
- Add drained spinach and stir until evenly mixed.
- Unroll puff pastry and brush with egg mixture.
- Spread spinach mixture on puff pastry, covering edges.
- Roll pastry tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden.
