- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese (or grated Parmesan cheese)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
- Sear jumbo shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Deglaze with white wine and stir for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese, simmering until thickened.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh shrimp provides the best flavor and texture.
Adjust garlic and cheese according to your taste.
