- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef, draining excess fat.
- Sauté diced onion until soft, then add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Mix in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, then add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
