Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉ and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry into a larger rectangle and transfer to the baking sheet.
  • Cut two small triangles from one end; trim corners from the opposite end.
  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth.
  • Spread filling down the center of the pastry, then add cherry pie filling on top.
  • Make diagonal cuts on each side of the pastry and fold strips over the filling.
