- 1 teaspoon honey (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
- 1 cup quality white chocolate chips (e.g., Ghirardelli)
- 2 to 3 teaspoons coconut oil (for consistency)
Instructions
- Combine bread flour, sugar, water, yeast, vanilla, optional orange zest, and salt in a mixer.
- Add eggs and gradually incorporate cold butter and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Prepare pistachio paste by blending pistachios and mixing with sugar, flour, salt, butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Coat cranberries in flour and preheat the oven.
- Roll out the dough and spread pistachio paste, then add cranberries and chopped pistachios.
- Roll the dough into a log, cut it, twist, and form a wreath. Let rise again.
- Bake the wreath and glaze with a mixture of sugar, honey, and vanilla post-bake.
