- Crackers, sliced toasted baguette, or Triscuits (for serving)
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries under cold water.
- Chop jalapenos and mint leaves.
- Combine cranberries, jalapenos, mint, lime juice, and whole orange in a food processor.
- Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom; pulse until chunky.
- Taste mixture and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy; add milk or cream and mix to fluff.
- Spread whipped cream cheese on a serving plate.
- Drain excess juice from cranberry mixture and layer over the cream cheese.
- Garnish with reserved juice, mint, jalapeno slices, and extra cranberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
