Instructions
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in cranberry jelly, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients to form dough.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes until set.
- Cool cookies, then prepare icing and toppings.
- Ice cooled cookies and sprinkle with sugared cranberries.
