- 1 (8-ounce) wheel brie cheese
- ½ cup cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice off the top quarter of the bread boule and set it aside.
- Remove the rind from the brie and place it on top of the bread, tracing around it.
- Hollow out the inner circle of the bread, reserving the bread for later.
- Place the brie into the hollowed bread.
- Lightly spray the outer crust with cooking spray.
- Make shallow cuts around the bread for easy serving.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown and melty.
- Serve warm with toasted bread slices and assorted crackers.
