- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and form it into a tight log.
- Seal the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
- For a warm dip, microwave the Cowboy Butter in 20-second increments until melted.
