Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese, avocado, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and chives.
- Serve with crackers and veggies for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the mix.
Make sure the avocado is ripe for the best flavor and texture.
