- ½ cup (62g) all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- Candy-coated chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch pan.
- Mix melted butter, vegetable oil, granulated and brown sugar until combined.
- Incorporate cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring to form a smooth batter.
- Fold in salt and all-purpose flour gently to avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Cool brownies before adding ganache.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Spread ganache over cooled brownies and top with candy-coated chips.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for easier mixing.
