Instructions
- Combine medjool dates, almonds, walnuts, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
- Blend until sticky dough forms; add maple syrup if crumbly and blend again.
- Transfer dough to a bowl and mix in candy-coated chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough and roll into bite-sized balls.
Notes
Ensure medjool dates are soft; soak in warm water if necessary.
Adjust maple syrup according to your sweetness preference.
