- 3 cups corn flakes cereal
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, plus more for garnishing
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus more for garnishing
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, plus more for garnishing
Instructions
- Beat together butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl and gradually combine with wet mixture.
- Fold in corn flakes, coconut flakes, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, garnish with extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Bake cookies for approximately 14 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use room-temperature butter for a creamier texture.
Chilling the dough prevents excessive spreading while baking.
Remove cookies slightly underdone for a soft, gooey texture.
