Instructions

  • Beat together butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  • Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl and gradually combine with wet mixture.
  • Fold in corn flakes, coconut flakes, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, garnish with extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Chill dough for at least one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
  • Bake cookies for approximately 14 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Cool cookies on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
