Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the loaf pan.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures gently to avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, testing for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
