Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, chipotle powder, and minced garlic in a bowl; refrigerate.
- Cook hot dogs on a grill or skillet until warmed through and blistered; keep warm.
- Heat chili according to package directions; keep warm.
- Spread softened butter on Hawaiian roll sides; toast in a skillet until golden.
- Assemble by cutting rolls, adding cheese, hot dogs, warm chili, aioli, and fried onions.
Notes
Chill aioli for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
Consider adding fresh onions or jalapeños for extra crunch.
