- 14 ounces (about 3 1/2 cups) sweetened coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Optional: 24 mini paper liners for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened coconut flakes and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until sticky.
- Scoop portions and roll them into balls, spacing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack and place in mini paper liners if desired.
Notes
Choose sweetened coconut flakes for maximum flavor.
If the mixture is too dry, add more sweetened condensed milk.
Wet your hands while rolling to prevent sticking.
