Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and blend well, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Transfer batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon for topping and evenly sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
