- 2 medium bananas, firm but ripe
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or melted butter)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Slice the bananas into thin, even slices (about 1/8 inch thick).
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Brush banana slices with coconut oil and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on both sides.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and slightly crisp.
- Remove and cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Uniform slicing is key for even cooking.
Feel free to experiment with different spices for added flavor.
