Instructions
- Combine almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, oats, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Use a mini cookie scoop to drop balls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and roll them smooth.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the energy bites.
- Chill the bites in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before transferring to an airtight container.
Notes
Ensure almond butter is well-stirred for proper consistency.
Melt chocolate slowly to avoid burning.
Add more maple syrup if the mixture is too crumbly.
