Ingredients

  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Combine almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, oats, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  • Use a mini cookie scoop to drop balls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and roll them smooth.
  • Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the energy bites.
  • Chill the bites in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before transferring to an airtight container.

Notes
